• Do I need an account to purchase from Wardrobe ?
It’s not required but highly recommended since it will make tracking your orders and returns much easier and will help you to stay up to date with our latest collections, trending best sellers and any campaigns launched.

  • How can I shop from Wardrobe ?

    After choosing any item and adding it to the basket from the product page you can either go directly to checkout and finalize the transaction or go back to the product page and choose more items. Once you’re done selecting the items you can proceed to the checkout page, choose your preferred payment method and complete the order. 


  • What payment methods do you offer ?

    We offer a wide range of payment options such as VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, K-NET, and Cash on Delivery. 
  • What do I do if I’m facing technical issues on the payment page ?

  • Which company do you ship with ?

    In Kuwait, we use in-house drivers our courier solution for local deliveries.

    For GCC and international deliveries through Fedex, DHL, and Aramex.

  • How long does it take to deliver an order in Kuwait ?

    Since one of our logistic center is based in Kuwait, orders get fulfilled and delivered within 1 to 2 working days in normal conditions as long as the full address is mentioned clearly with a correct and active phone number.

  • How long does it take to deliver an order outside Kuwait ?

    Deliveries for GCC will be 3-5 working days 

    Deliveries for international will be 5-7 working days

  • How can I track my order ?

    If you’re a registered user, you can head over to your orders page, and hit the “Track Your Order” button and it’ll show you the exact status of your order or you can go and to "Track Your Order" in the bottom of home page and fill details.   • Do I have to pay return fees ?

    Returning your order has never been easier than before, now it’s free and arranged within 48 hours.

  • What is your return policy?

    After receiving the order and within 14 days only, you can submit a return request online.  Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and unaltered with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

    Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

    Beauty and cosmetic cannot be returned for hygiene purposes

  • How do i return an item ?

    1. Click in Return Form in the below of homepage.

    2. Enter your order details.

    3. Select the items you would like to refund or exchange.

    4. In case you are in Kuwait, will send driver to pick it up with 2 working days. And for international you will receive DHL or Fedex slip please attach to the package and courier will pick it up.

    5. We will receive the items and will do our quality check to process for refund or exchange process.

  • How will I be refunded ?

    If the order was paid online, we can easily return the amount back to your bank account. But if the order was paid using the cash on delivery service we can only return the amount back through an online voucher that can be used on your next purchase online.
  • How long does it take to get my refund ?

    Once we receive the items, we will do our quality check and process the refund into your bank account. It may take up to 14 days.




  • Something is missing from my order or i received damage item, what do I do?

    This is a very rare occurrence but sadly not impossible. We have been working hard on our quality control to ensure that everything that leaves our warehouse is fully what the customer has ordered and with no damages at all. But if in case you’re faced with this incident please do contact us by any form (email, call, live chat) and we’ll directly take care of it.

  • What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

    Mistakes happen, and that’s an unfortunate thing for any customer to face. But we take such incidents seriously and we will be collecting the wrong item back and shipping the replacement without any extra shipping fees.

  • The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

    We always try our best to have more stock than needed but it all depends on the market’s needs. If by any chance you’re trying to order an item that’s out of stock, you can mention your email in our notification panel and we’ll do our best to get the item especially for you whether it’s from vendors or our main warehouse.



  • What is VAT ?

    A Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax that is being introduced by the government. The VAT is applicable to both individuals and businesses, and is imposed on most goods and services that are bought and sold.

  • How is VAT calculated ?

    If you buy something for KWD 100, this price already includes VAT, and Wardrobe will pay it on your behalf.

    On the invoice, you will see a further breakdown which indicates that the actual price of the product is KWD 95 with the remaining KWD 5 as the 5% VAT charged on the product.



  • I’m having trouble signing into my account; do I have to make a new one ?

    You can surely create a new account but we can help you too. Just either call us on any of our mentioned numbers or contact our care center and we’ll be more than happy to help.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do ?
